Nothing but problems from start to finish. Their back end and sales people seriously have major problems and "customer experience" is at the bottom of their list of priorities. Granted the subs they employ actually doing the work were great - for the most part. But the admin/sales people...ugh - I can't urge you enough to look elsewhere for your pool build needs.

Melanie and Al run a very nice business. Melanie is very communicative. She responds quickly and professionally. We used them 5 years ago for our initial installation. This past winter we had a tree fall on our pool. Al was able to fix the wall and just finished putting in a brand new liner. Showed up both times on time, with 3 guys to get the job done and all the materials and equipment needed. Al talks you through the whole process and makes sure all concerns or questions are addressed. The quality and knowledge is second to none. Definitely recommend them to anyone for new installs, liner replacements or repair work!

Aquaknot Pool Company did a great job with our pool. They were very professional and on time. We enjoyed working with them and continue to do so with weekly visits to keep our pool sparkling.

We've hired Kalmia Designs twice now for landscape design and installation. Jim understood our objectives and was able to propose and implement something much more beautiful than we could have imagined. Jim and his crew are reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

Four years ago, when we had our pool redone, I was very pleased with Environmental Pools, but since the install was complete, it’s been nothing but problems with the quality of the work. It all started when we opened the pool the following season. We had calcium bleeding through everywhere. It took a couple of calls but Andy (Sr) ended up coming out and helping us rid the calcium buildups initially. Later that year, we noticed two cracks in the corner of the pool, again few phone calls and Andy (Sr) came out and used a sealer on the cracks. The calcium continued to bleed through and it has never stopped. I’m constantly scraping and scrubbing it off. This season, when the pool was opened, we noticed chipping/holes in multiple spots. Again, after numerous calls, they finally sent someone out. They reported in the notes, “5 or 6 spots where calcium is bleeding through the walls. One chunk about half a golf ball size missing in floor of deep end”. He must have missed the other two holes in the shallow end. For the last three months, we have called and emailed the owner Andrew Everleigh (I believe Sr. retired) to follow up on the visit and how they can make this right. It took over a dozen calls/email to get this response from Andrew… “Jason When the company installed this product for your years ago there were no spots. There is no warranty to wear and tear items or a damaged product that we did not do. I wish there a better answer but this is not a bi-product of any work that was preformed. My team did not drive golf ball holes into your pool floor and whatever caused this must of fell in a with great force. If this was a bi-product of workmanship we had done it would have been an issue immediately not years after.” Incredible how a company like this simply dismisses their customers concerns and puts it back on you. Drive golf ball holes into your pool floor…Really after four years? I would not do business with this company if you are rehabbing an existing pool. All the research I have done points to the plaster not adhering to the substrate. It is clear the quality of this work is very subpar. While I know this probably wasn’t a huge job for Environmental, it was for us, and I feel like they had a quick hit and got out. Awful experience.

We recently finished the installation of our new SwimEx current pool and are in love with it! We had been thinking about a pool like this for many years, but finally decided it was time to act on the desire. We researched the options and decided that the method of generating the current in the pool seemed to be much better with the SwimEx design than any of their competitors. We also tried a SwimEx pool out for an hour and found ourselves to be literally smiling the whole time we used it. And finally we decided on SwimEx because they have been in business for so long and offered such great customer support. Because we went with an in-ground installation, there were many challenges we met along the way, but none were unmanageable. We worked with an excellent local contractor for the surrounding area, to create the area for the pool to be placed and the finished deck (Rigg Construction) and then worked with the SwimEx team from Los Angeles to install the actual pool, which in itself took about a week. Now that the pool is in and construction is done, we both use it almost every day. It is amazing! It is a wonderful workout that we can fine-tune to whatever exercise or stroke we like. And it turns out it is actually MORE fun than swimming in a traditional pool. Not only is it great to never worry about turning around at the end of a lap, but swimming against the current becomes like play. In a regular pool, the water is static and you have to generate all the work load, but with the current, simply standing still, walking or moving around becomes a wonderful muscle tune-up. Also because it's small it is much easier to maintain with fewer chemicals or heating costs. We have both ozone and a UV bulb and so are able to use just the slightest bit of chlorine to keep it perfect. We are able to keep it at a moderate 80° most of the time, then bump it up to 87° an hour or two before we want to swim. It can heat to 104° even so we could use it as a hot tub too. We highly recommend the SwimEx pool and company, and feel confident this is one of the best decisions we have made for our health and well-being for many years to come.

We bought our Pool from Cherry Hill Pool & Spa last year and were extremely pleased with the process. They were 100% committed to making sure our installation and maintenanace needs were met in a timely, efficient and knowledable manner all while keeping our best interest as a priority. Everything from start to finish went so smoothly... we were surprised and impressed at how early in the season we got to enjoy our pool thanks to all of their thorough and proffesional work! The self cleaning option was also a great choice... we barely had any maintenance to deal with at all! They also made themselves available to answer any questions that arose throughout the summer and with the closing of the pool. Total A+

We used Dartmouth Pools & Spas for a new in ground pool liner. They were fantastic to work with. The liner is high quality, the work is perfect and they were on time for the measure and installation. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I talked with several other pool professionals before hiring Snyder team to replace our liner. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Everyone in the store is great. Important for a new pool owner.

we met with and asked for guidance and quotes from several pool contractors to rebuild our 19 yr old pool, repair some wear and damage, re-tile, and apply a new "wet-edge", pebble type surface. the job involved work to the sliding pool cover too. our experience with pool companies has been marginal. some tried to sell us things we didn't need based on unsupportable information (easily verified or discounted on the web). we are not knowledgeable about pool technology, so we chose Puraqua (Central Pool) not on price (though they were quite competitive) but on our feeling about the integrity of the people representing the company; ken (owner), and justin (son). we had difficult time constraints because of a big event; and we couldn't risk not having the pool ready. we were very encouraged at the outset to hear the employees speak well of the management, a number of whom have been with them for 20-25 years. at every step we were gratified for our choice. the whole project was supervised carefully, we were kept informed every day along the way, the owner himself (and this is not a small company) stayed in contact with us and his managers. a few of those impossible to predict glitches popped up but were handled with professionalism, no whining, and no additional cost to us. we thought of a few extra things along the way (a new safety rail, contrasting tile to highlight the edges of steps, etc) and similarly, our requests were handled smoothly and professionally, and either at no cost or at a very fair charge. they even made some suggestions about things we hadn't considered and did them at no extra charge just because they made for a better job; we had no experience so we wouldn't have known the difference. unbelievable but true, one of the managers was in the house for a moment and noticed some broken grout on our ceramic tile floor. he mentioned he had the right color grout on his truck, then quietly came in and fixed it! the project was done right, it is breath taking and beautiful, and it was delivered on time with days to spare. additionally, and on our request, they recommended other services to us (a pool cover group, a weekly maintenance group, a local electrician) all of whom also work to high standards and are a blessing to us. altogether a superb experience and a refreshing change in our opinion about pool companies. we can't thank them enough. life would be so sweet if every contractor had their ethics and standards, their diligence, their demand for excellence, and especially their willingness to go the extra mile. we are happy to show our pool to any prospective customer of Puraqua (Central Pool) who would like to make arrangements through them to see it. i'll say it again, we just can't thank them enough. donna and bob, dover, ma.

Each morning as my wife Robin and I gaze out our windows in amazement at the breathtaking reflection of mountains and sky on our pool surface we thank our lucky stars at finding what has proven to be the best contractor we could have ever dreamed of working with. We could not have been more pleased with selecting John Bridge, owner of Heritage Pools, as our pool builder. After recently buying a new home with a one acre blank canvas for a backyard, we commenced on a rather large complete landscaping project. John’s total "hands on" approach, creativity, professionalism, attention to details, and especially his communication was unparalleled with any other contractor we have ever worked with. It was truly amazing witnessing the speed and efficiency in which the build was executed. The pool itself is a work of art. Intergrating natural stack stone with native boulders blends the pool into the surrounding landscape. A sand pebblestone beach entry inlaid with columbia river sage flat rock that extends from the double door yard entry beckons the eye to the water. The water beyond the baja shelf glimmers in shades of blue as it reflects the second pebblestone color of the deeper water. John rectified a logistical issue with maintaining our expansive view from inside the home by building the barbeque bar as a subterranean gathering spot. An elevated tanning patio and remakably executed infinity edge round out the design. Simply stated, each time we look out we cannot believe this is our yard!
