“I love the work done by Honeysucle Nursery & Design. I had them building a two level patio, outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The lower level of the patio was around the pool that was being built by someone else. The pool contractor turned out being a disappointment and was let go. Honeysuckle Nursery & Design jumped right in and built the pool that exceeded my expectations. They made certain that I received all of the finishes that I wanted even if it meant driving me around for half a day until I was satisfied. The worker were all very kind and thoughtful, even suggesting an extra step into the pool to make it easier for the dog to exit! I would definitely recommend them if you want the perfect job done within your perfect budget.”

“Colao Stone & Design designed and installed two stone patios (one with a two foot semi-circle stone wall) and a full deck, complete landscaping and outdoor LED lighting. Colao acted as general contractor for the deck project and lighting, but performed all services relating to patios and landscaping. The stone wall contains a section that is capable of being expanded to include a fireplace in the future.It could not have gone smoother. Colao's principal designer, JR, designed the entire project, taking into account all of our needs and he helped us to envision the entire project using the latest technology and printouts. The quality of the stone and the construction of the patios and the wall was first rate. And they used a terrific subcontractor who constructed our deck using wood and composite decking materials that will likely outlast the house itself. It's a solid construction all around (you have only to walk on it to feel how solid it is). The lighting was designed for flexibility, so that we could add on over time; we've taken advantage of that and have installed additional LED lighting since the project was completed in 2010. The landscaping was done in a very professional manner and we've lost very few plantings since installation. Everything has grown in quite nicely and the whole side patio is just a very pleasant place to spend time. Joe Colao and JR were the nicest folks to deal with; they were always responsive to questions, they always answered their phones when we called them, and they solved any problems when they arose. All in all, it was the best experience that we have ever had with a contractor...and we've had quite a few experiences over the sixteen years that we've lived in this home. I would recommend Joe and JR to anyone who is looking for quality construction and outstanding service.”

“The Johnson Pool Company allowed my wife and myself to reacquaint ourselves with the meaning of the word 'punctuality' -- for no company that we have done business with has ever been more punctual, professional and fair in their negotiations with us. When an unusual stain began to appear throughout our pool, several years later, this was reported to the personnel that had overseen the construction of the pool in 2004. They were at our home the same afternoon to assess the problem. In the course of a week a pool-remolding crew arrived with jackhammers, air powered chisels and several plaster masons. Watching their astonishing display of camaraderie for two full days while our pool was being re-worked seemed like a true revival of the American way of how to get construction projects accomplished. Our pool now reflects its' opening day brilliance!”

“This was the biggest house project I have had since I bought my house and so I spent a good deal of time researching and meeting with companies before I made my decision to go with Subcomm Pools. They gave me a detailed estimate and I understood what needed to be done and the total I would have to pay. I have an old pool that was built in the 1970s which needed a major overhaul. After reviewing and approving the contract Subcomm Pools were in the next day. They pretty much stripped it down to the foundation. They redid everything from the plaster, to the coping, to the tile, to the filter, to the concrete deck around the pool. They were patient with me when I changed my mind multiple times about the tile I wanted. The guys that did the work from start to finish were communicative, efficient, clean, timely and extremely professional. The time-frame for this project was not only met, but ahead of schedule. This was a very nice experience, I have dealt with shady contractors before, but these guys are the complete opposite, they stand by there work and product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needed work done and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome.”
