“Working with Prestige Pools was an all around great experience. The owner, Shane was very helpful with taking all of the ideas we had in our head and drawing them out for us. He talked us through every step and was very patient with us as we constantly made changes. He finished the pool ahead of schedule which allowed the kids to use the pool for a week or so before the season ended. His crew was also AWESOME! They were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about all things pool. They were all a very trustworthy crew and we felt like we were in good hands through the whole project. My kids were sad to see them leave after the pool was completed. Shane met all our expectations and went above and beyond to accommodate our changes and make our pool dream come true. “My wife and I went to the Pool & Spa show at the MB Conference Center and had the opportunity to speak with all of the installers at the show. It was a good education. In the end, we selected Pools Plus. As with any home improvement/construction project, there were some delays due to weather, scheduling, etc., however in the end, we are extremely happy with the results. The quality Is exceptional and the price was very competitive.”

“Quality Pools and Spas rebuilt our pool at Parkway Townhomes in Little River in the spring/summer of 2021. I am writing this review to thank them for our beautiful new pool. The team had to work in an extremely confined area to demolish the old pool which was cracked and broken. It did take longer than expected but in these times with COVID, supply delays and labor shortages I think they did an amazing job. The pool has been up and running since early August and everything looks great. During the final inspection the inspector told me they have been working with Quality for over 20 years and it’s a good company. I called them on Monday regarding a small leak in the pump room and they sent someone out on Wednesday to take care of it. They are responsive and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you again Bill and the rest of your team for a job well done. Sincerely, Laura Staub”
