“Steve, the sales person that did our estimate was professional and seemed honest. The work was done as promised. Overall, I was pleased with Gardner Pools. My complaints are the extra fees that were charged during the work. I was warned about them in writing before hand and they came through. The extra repairs that had to be done were never explained to me and seemed very minimal. Very little product was used and it did not take very long and it was an extra $1500. They installed the new pool light, but did not wire it, which would have been another additional charge. I was very pleased when I called and spoke with Jasmine at the Orange County office. She was always very pleasant and helpful.”

“My husband and I had an old school 1958 pool in need of a serious update. Derian Pools created a magical new pool and outdoor fireplace for us. They designed a Baja bench in the pool we never would have thought of, and we enjoy it all the time. The new Jacuzzi and waterfall effects are gorgeous. “We originally contacted three pool contractors but selected Pacific Paradise Pools based on Rich's response time and professionalism, the fact that the company had a real (and nearby) showroom, and Rich's obvious experience in the industry. After comparing costs, we probably could have saved a bit of money with another vendor ($5k or less) but I honestly believe we received the best service and, in my experience, tradeoffs between cost and excellence are rarely worth it. Rich put together a team of experts who coordinated the various skilled work that needs to be performed for pool construction. They were able to deliver on the timeline and the cost projections, giving us everything we asked for and a beautiful pool just in time for the summer! We would highly recommend Rich and Pacific Paradise Pools.”
