“Very very bad customer service & quality of “finished” product. Customer service from the general manager, the sales person, the building supervisor horrible. And don’t even bother trying to talk to the “OWNER“ of the family run pool company, apparently he doesn’t talk to customers that have an issue. If you’re considering having Robertson pools build your pool. Be careful! Don’t just read the good review. Read the important ones. The bad ones. The ones that when people have an issue & see how many unhappy people with their level of unprofessionalism and unkept promises and or appointment. We signed our contract for $100,000+ in December of 2025 & wrote a $10,000 deposit. It’s July 11th and our pool still doesn’t pass inspection by the city of McKinney. Multiple problems with the pool along the way. Still outstanding issues like coping around the pool, stains on pool surface caused by workers, dangerous 3 ft piece of rebar sticking out from the pool’s concrete wall. They have told us almost every week since May 9th, the exact same thing. It will all be completed by the end of the week, but “no-show”. Buyer beware…. They are VERY nice until you write the big check. Then it’s like dea with a completely different company”

“Our 50 year old pool is located next to a creek. Creek water flooded the pool twice last year. The flooding problem, coupled with a failing concrete deck and leaking pressure line, forced us to do a major upgrade. Mike and Matt looked at our issues and proposed raising the pool beam and deck by 15” to prevent future flooding. They constructed 12” thick retaining wall with 12” piers beneath a new stamped, stained concrete deck. They also updated our pump and filter system and applied a beautiful high tech coating. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Mike and Matt are highly professional, very competent, and provided great customer service.”
