“Our experience with Southernwind Pools, and especially Clay Wager, has been nothing short of exceptional. We recently completed a major backyard renovation in Dallas with a large pool, outdoor living area, and outdoor kitchen. Southernwind managed the project with the expertise you’d expect from a large, experienced company, but with the relationships you’d expect from a small, family-owned business. Our project designer, Clay Wager, did much more than design our project. He worked with us to create what we wanted and needed as a family. As first-time pool owners, he both listened and provided expert advice. Additionally, he was present for us throughout the entire project. When we noticed a chip in a tile, he was the one we called and quickly had it fixed under the outstanding warranty Southerwind provides. Any large construction project is going to have its glitches along the way, but I’m glad we had Clay to move the process along. Perhaps most importantly, we believe the project is now perfect. After using it for a summer, it was exactly what we wanted, and all our guests have been highly impressed with it. The project took a while to complete, but Southernwind completed our backyard within budget and with minimal inconvenience to our family. They honored our quote despite the fact that we had to put off the beginning of the renovations by more than two months. They were completely transparent with our Flower Mound Pool build and informed us every step of the way regarding what was next, and what we needed to do. They were very mindful of cleaning up and trying to keep the mess to a minimum. They also went above and beyond to tailor some already existing plumbing issues, that were not even estimated in our costs. We were so pleased that we decided to continue with them to service our pool weekly, despite the fact that we had been doing it ourselves for several years.
