“Bruno did a fantastic job on our pool renovation. Everything from demo, to assisting with picking out materials, talking through design, working through equipment issues, and installing the new materials. He demo’d and removed the old concrete deck and failed PebbleTec surface and replaced with new Pebble, drains to code, lights and travertine pool deck and coping. There were the usual unexpected glitches that invariably occur with renovations, and Bruno was proactive with the things he observed and responsive to things we observed. He pays attention to details - aesthetic and functional. As an example, we previously had drainage issues and he did a great job rerouting in a way that worked for us and was “neighbor-friendly”. He fixed things that we didn’t even know weren’t right, e.g., the waterfall spa drained to the level of the pool whenever the pump was off (who knew that wasn’t supposed to happen?), and he installed a valve to prevent that. He was accessible and communicated thoroughly and frequently throughout the project. Even post completion, he was incredibly responsive when we had questions. We would recommend Bruno for any pool or hardscape project. Our new pool and pool deck is beautiful and huge upgrade from what we previously had!”

“We contact Trent with Sandals to help us design a pool and he created something better than we ever dreamed of! He brought our vision to life and the project manager, Spencer, executed it all perfectly. Our pool was done start to finish within less than two months- about 6 weeks! We were told by other pool companies they were 6mo the to a year out so this was just incredible. We left Spencer in charge of picking out the colors for the tile and rockery around our pool and he picked out the most gorgeous color combinations. The entire team seemed to work really well together and knew exactly what they were doing. We didn’t run into any problems and felt that our questions were always answered quickly and with a lot of knowledge. We interviewed a lot of local pool companies and are SO grateful we found Sandals as they are steps above the rest of the competition. Great fair pricing, and beyond excellent craftsmanship and design abilities. Highly recommend. Don’t even look elsewhere- just go directly here!”
