“My name is Washington Gomes. I am a subcontractor specialized in coping/tile,I have been in the construction industry for 20 years. On the Larsen’s team for over 8 years. I’m here to give some inside review about Larsen’s Pool & Spa. I believe the way someone treat their subordinates tells a lot about their own character. I have worked with so many different contractors over the years and witness so much unfair situations unfold. But coming to work with Larsens made realize not everybody is the same. Here at Larsen’s there is such a good work environment, we are well compensated and our hard work is often recognized. Eric Larsen personally treat everyone with much respect, setting the example quickly followed throughout the whole work stuff. More than a team I feel like I am part of the family. This inspire us to keep doing what we do best. I feel blessed to be part of the Larsens team. Living in an era of competitiveness where time is money and profits is set by many as main goal, quality is often overlooked and/or forgotten. As a subcontractor and part of the workforce we are always subdue to the contractor goals and demands. Most of the time pushed to fill a quota, aiming to the fastest result with minimum investment possible. A quick buck is a recipe follow by many. Most of the time their work is offered by a slightly lower price that will cost their clients a shattered Dream. An amazing deal at first sight, but destined to fail within a few years. My 20 years of experience has thought me that investing on better supplies and taking time to do it right, will actually take us to best results with much longer lifespan on the final product. I have a passion about my work and take pride on it. One of the many things I love about working with Larsens is that we share the same vision and our goals are aligned. With Larsens is not just about the profit. They have built a stellar reputation. They care about quality, they invest in the best supplies the market has to offer and actually encourage us when we have a passion about our work. I feel I have the right elements to deliver my 100% best. At the end of the day I go home and I feel like I actually made a difference. Coming to realize we are not just building pools, but most importantly other peoples dreams. I feel good about being an instrument on this process. It fuels my responsibility on a day to day basis. With so many options, it can be hard to know who to trust. In the mix of all the prejudice, loss and bad examples set by some, distrust is completely understandable. Is not just your hard worked money at risk but also your family dream. My word of advice, it doesn’t have to be difficult. There is a whole community of people just like you that at some point had to go through the same struggles. Look at the reviews. I say this with confidence because this is Larsen’s Legacy. The results actually speaks for themselves. An inside piece of information “Your Dream is safe with Us”.”
