“If you demand superior quality craftsmanship and care to detail for your home project, then Mike Harvey is your contractor of choice. The total custom “makeover” of our home on Carters Creek was complex and very extensive. Opening-up a 1970’s design home involved removal of walls, relocation/installation of a country kitchen and vaulted creek room among many other improvements. Mr. Harvey was extremely responsive to the numerous challenges of renovations and changes throughout our project. His ability to supervise sub-contractors was very important to keep our project on schedule. We are happy to share our wonderful experience, as are the other eight neighbors in our community where Mr. Harvey has also completed home projects.”

“Buying a new home was a daunting challenge for us, and we looked at several builders in the Hampton Roads area before selecting Napolitano. We were attracted to and eventually chose them because of the variety of open floor plans and the "standard" options (that we couldn't find at most of the other builders). Bottom line is we have been extremely satisfied with the entire building experience. The construction process was very straightforward and we are really enjoying our new home. We were kept informed throughout the entire build by the sales agent (Tara) and site manager (Danny). They truly represented professionalism and top notch customer service to us, and answered all questions quickly and efficiently. Tara and Danny had to work with us through a very demanding winter but were able to get us in the home on time, in fact the close date was within 1 week of the estimate given to us at the start of the process. We absolutely love our new house and appreciate the quality construction and customer service. We have been in the home for about two months and have had nothing but quick and direct answers on any questions we have had. Shows, to me at least, that the company sticks by its product which is something I greatly appreciate. I would recommend Napolitano if you are looking for a new construction home. Hopefully you find the same service we received and are lucky enough to work with both Tara and Danny.”

“Hello, We hired Ricky Edgeton to do a major kitchen remodel that lasted 2 months. We are extremely happy with Ricky & his work. We were very impressed with his professional reputation & credentials (check his website). We liked his calm manner & knowledge in which he tackled the problems of remodeling (2 wall removals). He & his crew worked diligently every day until the job was complete. They were polite, professional, kind, most of all trustworthy. Ricky was given our house key and code to come & go as needed, thats how much we thought of him. We got 5 estimates from other contractors in the area. Ricky's price was not the cheapest, but he certainly wasn't the most expensive. In my opinion, you get what you pay for. Whenever I called him, day or night, he answered his cell phone or called me back later that day with an answer. I never saw him upset, rude or disrespectful with us or his workers. We are extremely happy in all aspects of the remodel. The kitchen is so beautiful, that friends bring friends to see it. We have since called Ricky to fix areas of our home. If you hire his company to do work, I personally guarantee you will be 100% satisfied. We are proud to call Ricky Edgerton our friend and highly recommend him. Leslie & Ron”
