Communication skills are excellent and since this is the fourth house we've either built or remodeled, we should know. The goal of the company is to help you visualize what the house will look like, your options, how it will set on the lot, and what finishes would look best for the type of house you are building and your budget. Everyone connected to the project have been respectful and idea-filled.”

“It was a pleasure working with Andrew and his talented crew. Tidman Construction was selected as the contractor to build a small 1,300 sq.ft. 'beach house' in our community on a very small 2,766 sq. ft. lot. Andrew presented himself very well and involved the client in decisions while tracking the building budget. The contemporary design is 'one of a kind' that was challenged by required zoning, bylaw regulations and community involvement. Our house us amazing. Fabulous to work with. I would like to submit photos but do not see that as an option...”
