“The Fornetto outdoor wood burning oven was a great idea. Not only is it simple and economical to use, but the quality of food, that is the end result, will have your mouth watering. The pizzas cook through and the crust is to die for, the flavor can not be beat. I am excited to try the great recipes suggested by our sales person, and to use the flavored wood chip option on the oven and grill some meats/fish/veggies. I can even bake deserts, a nice warm cobbler sounds good. This was the perfect addition to our patio set. The memories and fun it has created for my family can not be beat. Thank you NYC Fireplaces for your excellent customer service and high quality items. Your establishment was highly recommended.”

“This product allows you to safely add a fire feature anywhere without costly flues, and gas lines. Not only that in many cases a fire feature just would not be possible. Burns very clean and the optional insert make it so you can have candles in the place during the warmer months. Very well executed.”

“After looking around online for a new wood burning stove we went to the Black Swan store/showroom in New Milford, CT. Best decision we could have made. Their selection is huge, the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (and not pushy at all). I was most worried about the installation since our old stove was really old, but they came and inspected the flue beforehand to check we'd ordered the right one for our home. Because of the set up in our house the cost was several hundred dollars cheaper than they had originally quoted, so add honesty to the reasons why I give them 5 stars. The installation was quick (about an hour) and their guys were completely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took extra time to explain how to break in the stove (very important) and how to use it efficiently. We had the stove inspected by the town (an absolute must-do for home insurance purposes) and it passed without a problem. Our wood burning stove not only looks great, but it easily heats the house and we've noticed a big difference in the amount of oil we are using. From beginning to end it was a great experience and I can't recommend Black Swan highly enough. Nick C”

“I stopped in to have a look at upgrading my existing fireplace. I met a man named Mike and he was extremely helpful and had every answer to all of my questions. After doing some research and price comparison, this was obviously the best bank for my buck. They offer great financing programs and got me approved in no time. After signing my contract, the next day the main office had contacted me about a site check. Scheduled me for an appointment within a week. After the site check was finished, the next day I was on the schedule for an install. On the day of the install, the Installer came and was extremely knowledgeable, the install took no longer than 3 hours and I could not be happier with the outcome, I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for upgrading their fireplace !!”

“The salesman was very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs, the installation was done when scheduled and was done in a neat and clean fashion. They were honest by returning some money for piping not needed for the flue connection. Ii would recommend them to friends and family.”
