“We had restoration work done due to water damage. I handle the insurance claim myself and contracted Royal Housing for the work. They provided an accurate quote that was immediately accepted by the insurance company with no issues. The contractor was easy to work with, and there was no problem adding a few additional items to the scope of work. The finish product looks very good and the quality of craftsmanship and materials are also very good. Most importantly, the cost for the job was fair and they completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it was a very good experience.”
