“My wife and I wanted to convert an upstairs loft area into a third bedroom - a relatively smaller project with many details. We are so happy we went with Eddie and EcoCraft! Of the 8 or so companies we had over for estimate, Eddie proved to be the most friendly and thoughtful right from the start. He has a great eye for detail and provided experienced feedback on many of my ideas. The subcontractors he works with were incredibly accommodating during COVID and did excellent work. Eddie's estimate was on par with our budget, and the final cost was actually a little less! End result is everything we wanted and more. Highly recommended for your home remodel projects!”

“Nate worked on our kitchen / laundry room / guest bath remodel in 2020. In 2022, we hired him to replace our deck and installed new railings. In 2023, we needed to replace windows on our beach house he was the only person we contacted. His workmanship and attention to detail is incredible. We like working with him as he meets his commitments and communicates throughout the entire project. He also offers up suggestions and ideas and is a pleasure to work with. We will use him on future projects and have referred him to neighbors and family.”

“In 2005, my Wife and I relocated back to the Vancouver area from florida. We were in the market for a one level house and very few were available or at least not the suited our needs. We were introduced to Fazzolari Custom Homes. John worked with us in locating a lot and then worked with my Wife and I in developing the floor plan that we wanted. John and his crew continued to work with us all through the building process on any changes. As an example, We were visiting the building site on this one day while the framing was in process. The crew just happened to be framing one of the bathrooms in one of the master bedrooms (there are two) and were laying out the shower area. My Wife and I left the site and went to a local restaurant for lunch and my Wife said she wasn't sure she liked the shower design and she did a few quick sketches on a napkin. We went back to the house and showed the changes to Johns Forman and even though the original design had been started he pulled up the framing ,laid out the new changes my Wife had sketched on the napkin. Now that won't happen with the average builder. We would recommend John Fazzolari for any project you may be planning. You won't be disappointed.”

“I recently had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled by LCR PDX and I'm super happy with how everything came out! I feel like I'm living in a resort now, the transformation was incredible. The new design is both functional and beautiful. The materials used are top-notch, and the craftsmanship is hella good. The project was completed on time and within budget. “Pat did a fantastic job of designing a bump-out for my basement remodel to accommodate the new stairs I had to put in to meet code (very old house). I could not visualize what was going to be done to that part of my home and overall remodel until she walked me through the design, and then ---boom, it hit me! Light, windows, beautiful space utilization and best of all ---it looks like it has always been a part of the house ---does not look like a add-on at all. She was wonderful to work with, listened to what I wanted, and then provided a design to exceed what I thought I could have. She provided great drawings for the contractor and was just really good to work with. I have recommended her to many people and just can't say enough good things about her work and abilities!”

“We originally hired Mosaik Design to do some simple updating of cabinets and lighting in our kitchen. During the demolition of the cabinets a piece of flawed granite was discovered and we decided to proceed with a totally new kitchen design which enhanced and changed our main living area. From the creative design of the new floor plan to the finished project, the Mosaik team was professional and easy to work with. They stayed on schedule and used top notch subcontractors. We are extremely happy with the work they did for us and highly recommend them.”
