The price they quoted was at least 20% lower than anyone else's, and the small adjustments to the end price were completely justified and more than reasonable. They came when they said they would, and left the workspace, if anything, cleaner than they found it. To be honest, when they showed up, I had a moment of panic that I'd hired teenagers for the work.
