“This product allows you to safely add a fire feature anywhere without costly flues, and gas lines. Not only that in many cases a fire feature just would not be possible. Burns very clean and the optional insert make it so you can have candles in the place during the warmer months. Very well executed.”

“All of my experience with Salters has been exceptionally good. In Nov., 2012 I ordered a propane gas fireplace insert for my home. First person who came to my home to confirm the measurements, recommended a custom frame (at a very modest increase in cost) so that less of the marble on my fireplace would be hidden. Second, the store rearranged their installation schedule so that my insert was installed the day before my early December holiday party. The insert looked great!! Lastly, when a manufacturing defect was discovered with the model which I had purchased, the Salter service team tried to arrive in a timely manner to get my insert working again, worked with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problem, and went out of their way to keep me appraised of the progress. I would definitely recommend Salters to everyone.”

They were extremely helpful with suggestions, and very flexible and accommodating as we finalized our choices in stone, mantle, etc. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous, and the work was done on time and to very high quality. “Purchased a fire place for on Black Friday and the price was more affordable for the fire place than competing websites. We saved $100! Due to the holiday business, it was slightly difficult to reach the company at first, but they were prompt responding through social media. The fire place was shipped and delivered within 1 week of placing the order. Set up was forward and easy. After set up, we love our new fire place and hope it lasts us many years to come. The fire place itself has several features that are controlled via remote control. Overall, a great buy from a prompt company, that I do surely recommend.”
