From start to finish Denny and his team from Tailored Living-West Chester were amazing to work with on our garage organization project. At our first meeting he listened to what we wanted and designed an excellent plan that met our family's needs. His follow-up, communication and customer service were top notch! He responded promptly to any questions, communicated project progression daily and explained workmanship detail with much knowledge. The team kept a clean work environment and was professional and courteous! We are so very happy with our newly organized garage! Everything is off the floor and in our beautiful custom garage cabinets! The team did an amazing job installing a tool workbench area with countertop and an adjacent sink and custom cabinetry. There's only one way to do your garage floor and that is with Denny & Kevin at Tailored Living Premier Garage. We have owned 11 homes in 9 states so we are use to dealing with a variety of contractors and I must say that these guys are totally professional, conscientious, courteous, on time, pleasant and completely thorough in what they do. Having had garage floors done in the past, there is no such thing as a one day process, so be sure to use the Premier Garage process. Next come the cabinets, base molding, window shutters…going to be beautiful!!

I got bids from all the well known closet companies and chose Tailored Living because of their no pressure approach and fair pricing. Denny, one of the business owners, met with me personally before the job was done on two separate occasions to share information and confirm measurements. I found his passion and integrity to be admirable and impressive! Our job was not a large one--just two kids' bedroom closet systems--but he treated me like I was his most important customer.

10 stars if I could. Denny and Kevin (and Nick) were amazing from the start. Always available but never pushy in the quote phase I chose to go with these guys because of their design and attitude. The fact that as two guys who started this business after being in the construction business for years and that they would be doing the install was a big selling factor over some of the competition. Kept us informed of scheduling and did exactly what they promised and more. Love our new closet, garage floor, and garage storage. I never thought I would love a garage, but now I do. Highly recommend.

Denny and team were the best. Truly amazing from getting a quote to finalizing the installation. They were professional and well mannered. The final installation I received was exactly what we did in the CAD image. Great people, great software and great service!

Tailored Living did all of our closets and pantry in the home we recently built. They were straightforward and excellent partners with whom to work. They listened to our needs and desires and quickly came up with designs that made sense for our living space. We worked with a lot of vendors during our building process and we really appreciated how the Tailored Living team worked with what we wanted and stayed within our budget. During the design phase the software they used for the renderings made it easy to visual the finished product. They are also extremely responsive and easy to contact. I'd highly recommend them and I look forward to working with them on future projects.

We had our Pantry and Master Bedroom Closet done. We had the project bid by three different vendors. Tailored Living had the best price and they did a great job of helping us make decisions. We made a couple changes before work began and it was no problem at all. When they did the work they took done old shelves, patched and painted walls. Both the closet and pantry looked brand new. Awesome work, great service and great price. No need to look any further for your closet needs. Thanks Guys.
