“I generally do not give Web endorsements but this is truly an exception. In mid May 2014 I met with a Company representative and we discussed various Murphy Bed/Cabinet plans for my Condo. The plans were computerized and priced on site. I expressed my concern that my daughter was arriving in four weeks and that MSP states approx. six weeks plus for installation. Within four weeks I was contacted for an installation date....amazing. The installers showed on time but we found the four side cabinets to be the wrong depth. Not the end of the world as my daughter would have a place to sleep. The install team contacted their shop and I was told that they would return to rework the cabinets and still complete the install on the same day. I was completely amazed to see the installers return (same day) with the cabinets and not receive the apologetic phone call. The install team was very professional, courteous and answered all questions. My total experience went above all expectations, from the Design Specialist to the final install.
