I chose SOS when I read the bio and going on a "gut feeling." I could not have been more pleased. Our circumstances and needs include working around a family member with rather extensive medical issues. As such, flexibility, discretion and privacy is of primary concern when assisting with our family's requirements. We needed an organizer with extraordinary "people skills" as well as some medical/social/educational background. We got more than we had even hoped for and continue to utilize SOS for a variety of things.

I had collected alot of unnecessary items over the years and things really got out of control so I needed help. I own a business and I never really have time to organize my home and enjoy the space. I been working with Cynthia of Easy Life Solutions for about 2 years now. I honestly ONLY got the job done because of her. We went through every room of my house, including the garage. Papers were sorted. Space was created. Items were categorized. Clothes that were too small or no longer desired were donated, along with other items. Even books were put in order. Beth is a miracle worker! We were very embarrassed at how out of control our house was (You risked your life opening closet doors and the garage and storage rooms looked like disaster zones.) We put off having someone help for a long time, but it was finally time that we needed to. Beth was recommended to us. She came in and was considerate, understanding and thoughtful. She spent time making sure she thoroughly understood our goals and objectives and came up with a comprehensive plan with creative ideas. She helped guide us into decisions as to what to do with all our stuff and was enormously trustworthy and executed the plan efficiently and on time. I couldn’t find a thing in my closet. I had so much stuff that I didn’t even need. Thais came, assessed, and transformed my closet into the space of my dreams. She helped me with decluttering, space utilization, and reusing what I had so I didn’t spend a lot. Now I love showing off my closet to friends that come over. I highly recommend her services.

Great product. Andrew Mason, the lead installer, is excellent. A year after I had my shelves remodeled, one of the drawers kept falling forward. I couldn't figure out how to fix it and was sure that after so much time it was going to cost me something to get it repaired. But, NO (WOW), Andrew came out as soon as he could and fixed it right away gratis. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated.

We moved to a smaller home with fewer closets, storage space, drawers, etc., most notably in the kitchen. We also wanted organized storage in the basement. Leslie did an amazing job keeping my husband and I on track and helping us make good decisions by asking pertinent questions. She has amazing energy and is a real professional. She completely understood what we were hoping to accomplish in the 2 days she worked with us. There aren't enough adjectives to describe what a positive experience this was!

My husband and I downsized from a very large home to a retirement community and moved into a two-bedroom apt. We were able to make dercisions about the furniture and larger items, but I was not able to unpack all the bathroom supplies, personal cosmetics, and closets in an organized manner. I contacted Angelina at All Things in Order, made an appt. and from the first visit I knew she was the person that would get me organized. She was able to put everything in its proper place and it has been so easy to keep it organized. My closets work beautifully and are staying organized also. She works very efficiently and uses what you have available, is creative in her thinking and exceeded my expectations. Also, when my son and his wife moved in to a new house, I immediately contacted Angelina to do the same for them. They were just as pleased as I was. We will use All Things in Order again when we need her.

After almost a year of failing to get my bedroom under control, I called Hand in Hand for help with my master bedroom (bathroom and closet), which had become a cluttered nightmare! I was extremely embarrassed during the consultation visit, but Hand in Hand (Katina) was very professional and non-judgmental, which I appreciated. The first step was to "purge." I ended up donating several large garbage bags worth of clothes, and I can't even remember how many large bags of trash were taken out. Next, Katina set up storage and labeled organization systems for me (using some cheap bins I purchased from Walmart, etc.). Cleaning my room is a breeze now that I actually have specific places to put things. It feels so good to relax in my room now. I would recommend this service to anyone who has found him or herself in a cluttered home for longer than a few months. If it's been that long, you might need professional intervention. The peace of mind is worth it. I cannot thank Katina enough for helping me to get my bedroom under control.
