The individual we dealt with was able to provide us with exactly what we needed. We were so impressed when they offered suggestions that worked for our space that we had not even thought of. Our loft is not only an extra bedroom when we have guests, but for the most part it is used as a sitting area which has become a spot in our home for some conversation and/or quiet time. We absolutely love it. We must also mention when the installers came to our home, they were extremely respectful.
