“I want to give Lianne Hofer and The Clutter Consultant an excellent, 5-star review. This was my first time working with someone who could help us organize, pack and ship my belongings. Like most of us, we tend to go with what we know. When we first decided to sell our home, we had attempted to organize and pack a few things ourselves and even stage the house for sale. What a mistake! At first, we had a hard time letting go of all the (let’s call it) stuff we had collected over the years and we had no idea how to organize for the move or to stage a house. So, based on the recommendation of my daughter and son-in-law, I gave Lianne a call. They had used Lianne and crew before and were very impressed. Impressed - WOW, now that’s an understatement! Let me give you several things to consider: •I wanted to make sure that our house sold quickly and at the greatest possible value (see Results below). We had lived there for 15 years and it was (we thought) our last home. Since we had never used a Clutter Consultant before, we had no idea what was possible. •Lianne quickly developed a clear picture of what needed to be done and what additional resources we would need to make it happen. Everything from how many boxes we would need, where to buy them, and what mover to use. She organized her team and even the outside resources and before we knew it, we were underway - not knowing what the heck we were doing. The confidence she inspired throughout the process was in a word – Amazing! •When she finished inside, I could hardly believe it was the same house. Things were packed and labeled (as we were first moving to an apartment while our new house is being built), the movers had taken most of our belongings to storage or the new apartment and the house was staged for pictures. It looked like one of those homes you see on HGTV. We had a fresh look, it was roomy, colorful and ready to go to market. •Results Count! Here’s the good news. The house sold in 2 days. We had 10 written offers at the end of the second day. ALL WERE SUBSTANTIALLY OVER OUR ASKING PRICE… now, those are results! •We have one more move ahead of us sometime this year. Lianne and her crew did such a great job that I intend to just hand her the keys to the new house and the apartment and say “Go”. Why, because everything is labeled and ready to go. I do not intend to touch a box this time around!!! Bottom-line; Lianne and her crew at The Clutter Consultant is the person you want to use whether it’s for organizing, packing, moving or staging. She’s a great coach, organizer, extremely patient (she needed to be with me) and a lot of fun to be around. I don’t know many people who love their job, but Lianne sure does. You cannot go wrong using the Lianne Hofer and The Clutter Consultant.”

“I hired Sara with The Organized Mess to assist in organization of many areas of my home, with my office and paperwork, and to prepare and coordinate a move. She provided invaluable guidance and ideas. The benefit of using a professional is that Sara can keep you focused during a hectic transition and with a busy life. Having a too-cluttered home environment isn't healthy for anyone, and Sara was perfect for helping me re-organize my family and stuff. Thank you, Sara and The Organized Mess!”
