The Marie Kondo process is very methodical and covers 5 major categories of items, one at a time. Mabel did a good job of helping to identify what should be kept and what shouldn't. She really helped me to get my mindset into the right place to be able to declutter. I've had a life long habit of wanting to keep everything, but after 20 years of accumulation, I am ready for the deaccumulation phase, thanks to Mabel's help.
