Not only does she provide creative solutions that stop the mounting entropy chaos creates, she gives each project a unique style with your tastes in mind. To say our house was a disaster before Faith arrived is an understatement! She came in, unfazed, took control of the situation, and in a few sessions made our house look like it did the day we first moved in!! Her organizational skills are amazing, her patience with all of us, especially our daughter whose room looked like a bomb went off in there, are unmatched. Kevin Scott Craig designed our closet makeover and he did an excellent job of working with a limited amount of space. We now have much more room for storage and hanging clothes. It makes it so much easier to get dressed!

She was professional and arrived on time. I believe she promises more than she can offer. I was left with no solutions and wasted money. She charges in advance for hours and will not refund you if she doesn’t use all the hours. I attempted to express my concerns to her but she would not even return a phone call or email. I was very disappointed. She kept my money for hours she didn’t work and I still didn’t get my Home decorated.

Working with Books and Balances Inc. to register an LLC was simple. Their goal was to make the complicated procedure simpler, and they succeeded in doing so. Janelle is wonderful to work with! She has quite the eye for organization and style and is able to get the job done beautifully. Her personality is such that she is patient and kind, but also she was able to also empower me and challenge me to make hard decisions. Karen Notarainni with Becoming Organized was hired for our kitchen project and I found her to be very professional, knowledgable, attentive to listening and a delight to work with. This project entailed organizing all my cabinets, an under staircase closet and installing a new pantry system. Karen offered me several design plans that met my budget while always listening to what my needs where in my kitchen environment and continued to adapt to any changes as I needed. She helped me eliminate when it was difficult and had a vision to regroup in such a way that makes life so simple. She responded promptly to all correspondence and arrived on time picking up any items I needed for our project. She has a team of vendors and staff to call upon if needed or is willing to work with you if you prefer your own. She is detailed oriented which lends to a very quality project in the end and was completed within set deadlines. I had previously tried another organizer for previous projects, but did not achieve these results. I will be looking forward to doing future projects with Karen as this has made working in our kitchen enjoyable as well as functional and beautiful. My daughters are ready for all our rooms in the house to be organized !!!
