I cannot say enough nice words about Bonnie Milstead. She is an incredible real estate agent and all around great person. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent. She really got to know us. She helped us to gain knowledge of the area and type of properties in our price range so that we could make an informed decision. Please keep in mind we were doing much of our searching long distance. We were in Kansas and Bonnie was our eyes in Florida. We did come to Florida for a few days and spent one entire day with Bonnie. Once we returned to Kansas one of the properties we were highly interested in, but had been under contract, became available. Bonnie wasted no time and called us immediately. The home was a short sale and Bonnie jumped through hoops to get things done so that we could have our dream home. She goes way above and beyond what is required. We can never thank her enough. She is truly amazing. She is well informed about the area and a very hard worker. She is so very nice and will instantly put you at ease.
