Evan is stellar! I have nothing but great things to say about him. I interviewed several Houston realtors before I decided to use Evan for the recent sale of our condo. Evan knows the market better than any of the other agents I considered. He recognized the value of our property and maximized our sales price, he provided a beautiful marketing package with flyers/photos/home tours, he always responded quickly to my messages, he negotiated aggressively on our behalf, and he stayed on top of our entire sales process. As first time home buyers without any prior home buying experience, my spouse and I were very nervous about the whole process. We hit a jackpot when we found Evan after searching online! A few reasons why Evan has been a blessing – he is very knowledgeable, provides an honest professional opinion, offers help and goes through with his offer, and is there for the entire home buying process (including post-closing). Let me elaborate – I like to ask a lot of questions and understand the nitty gritty of things instead of simply taking someone’s word for it. Evan was there to answer all my questions with any mode of communication that I chose – texts, phone call, or email. His response time was always less than a day (usually much more quickly). His responses were honest and he admitted when he didn’t have the answer to a question. When he didn’t have an answer, he always found someone who did and got us the info we requested. He has responded to my questions throughout the process – search, pricing, closing, and post-closing. Besides being very responsive, Evan made every attempt to be there for the walkthrough and closing. He was crucial in communicating our needs to the builder (when we needed a few things fixed). He also help setup dates for the walkthrough when my spouse and I were busy with unexpected work. Overall, Evan has been a pleasure to work with. I rarely hear great stories about realtors – it’s refreshing to come across someone who is knowledgeable, willing to help, nice to work with, and genuinely tries to understand the customer’s needs. I have already recommended Evan to a friend of ours and will continue to recommend him when anyone asks! Needless to say - the next time we are ready to move, he'll be the only realtor we call!

Evan was outstanding throughout the entire process! We noted his high ratings on some other forums and decided to give him a call. He was thorough, quick to respond (text/email/phone), and knowledgeable. Prior to our first meeting, we sent a list on short notice of 10 properties to view and he had all ten lined up and ready (no complaints or hints of how many we were viewing). When we walked the different homes, he was great at pointing out the objective strengths and weakness of the homes without pressuring us to buy. In fact, he encouraged us to stay within budget and not go for the upper range (despite getting a lower compensation for it). Having Evan for a realtor was like taking a short course on real estate (buying and selling)! He also did a great job during negotiations and we definitely were surprised at some items that he was able to get in the contract. The thing that made Evan stand out so much in our minds was how quickly he was able to line up professionals/paperwork/whatever was needed to get to the next step while responding constantly to our questions or concerns. Evan is the most impressive and attentive agent I've met. He made the entire process a breeze, which is hard to do when purchasing a home. I do a lot of research and homework before I make any decision and sometimes I even second guess if I made the best choice, but buying my home with Evan as my realtor was the best decision I've made. He provided me with even more unbiased information about things that I thought I knew everything about. He was an expert in every aspect and was very comfortable dealing with the builder and constantly keeping in contact throughout all 7 months. You always hear about stories where things go wrong when buying a house but I feel like I avoided most of that because of Evan. You can tell that he loves what he does and is very personable and genuine. I can't thank him enough.

His photographer does an outstanding job--I thought this was extremely important, because many buyers decide on whether to visit a home based on its online presence. Within days of listing we had several offers--two for more than the sale price--and the sale closed within a month. Evan is AMAZING! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, efficient, responsive and trustworthy. I feel like I was his ONLY client as he responded quickly to my messages. I live in California, Evan helped my parent to sell their Houston property under the "Trust management", there were a lot of issues with the title. Most title companies turned us down, Evan helped us continue to search for a title company and never us give up. When I finally cleared up the title after a year later, Evan made the process smoothly and quickly even there was issue with the tenant.
