Gay is a thorough, consummate energetic professional. She routinely exceeds expectations keeping her clients' best interest in the forefront when searching for a home. She doesn't parrot one's specifications, rather digging to determine ultimately what her client will relish in the end. We should know, we met with her once or twice and previewed a few homes. Then returned home 1300 miles away to 1st list & sell our existing home...and Gay was patient, continuing to pursue new listings...keeping us engaged. Then via pictures and videos of homes/neighborhoods, we were able to find an ideal home for us. She set up introductions to mortgage lenders, insurers, power of attorney, so that we could complete the sale remotely.

In my years of working with Realtors I have not been as impressed with anyone as much as Gay. It would be hard to list all of the traits that make Gay special so I will focus on a few: she is never rushed when interacting with me, she brings complete information regarding all aspects of a search when looking for property, she is respectful to all parties and even though she was not representing me in one instance she gave me advice that helped me push my realtor in a way that probably saved me fifteen to twenty thousand dollars. Gay is the only realtor I would use in the Charleston area. It is always guaranteed to be an exceptional experience.

I would recommend Gay for any of your real estate needs. We moved to Mt. Pleasant, SC from Georgia in 2007. We didn't know anything about the area so we had many questions. When we went house hunting, she was very patient with us and upbeat and positive. We never felt rushed. She is very knowledgable about this area. And since then, she has kept contact with us.
