I would highly recommend the Kim Crane Group to help you buy or sell your home. Hope Yantek helped me find the perfect home. I can't say enough how amazing she was during the process. She was patient, communicative, kind and detailed. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else!

Easy words to describe Kim Crane and her group: professional, engaged, and passionate. These are words one could only hope to describe the team they work with to make one of the largest purchases in their lives AND selling it, too! Kim and the team were our advocates and made sure my husband and I stayed educated on next steps and what to expect. Even with minor hiccups during the journey, Kim remained as a steady voice, our advocate, and truly elevated the way we think as new home buyers AND as sellers. We worked with Jen Davis and Kim Crane group recently to find a home. They went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted. Helped us through the process with no hitches. We were so pleased we had them sell our home and it wasn’t in their main area. And it sold the first day. Would 500% recomend to everybody. So easy to work with too.

Working with Kim Crane and her team was so easy I can't believe it. She was prompt to our meetings, made good recommendations, had a team of professionals and delivered what she promised. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. We have 2 young sons so the thought of selling our home was extremely stressful but Kim helped along the way. She even went above and beyond helping us when our agent was MIA during the process of buying our new home. I wish we had her helping on the buying end as well. We will definitely recommend Kim Crane and her team to anyone buying one the West side of Cleveland! Thank you Kim!!

Our experience buying & selling with the Kim Crane Group was phenomenal! We worked with Hope Yantek and she exceeded every expectation. I have purchased & sold houses in other parts of the country before relocating to NE OH and never experienced a realtor with such unwavering customer service. Hope is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. She knows the market and was an amazing advocate representing us as a seller and buyer. She worked tirelessly to attract buyers for our Avon Lake house and found the perfect home for us in an impossible Rocky River market. She is meticulous with details and always available for communication despite being such a busy agent. She takes the stress out of moving- not an easy task.
