Marvin is a rock star of a realtor. He listened to what I was looking for and never wasted my time with properties that didn't fit my criteria. I had the pleasure of working with marvin on several occasions. First of all he found me and my husband our first house way back in 1994. With a blended family our money was very tight for both the monthly payment and the up front costs associated with it. Marvin came through and found us a house we could afford and was in the same neighborhood for the schools our children already attended. Marvin has since found our daughter a great condo then a family home, our son his first family home and another beautiful home for us with 6 acres of land where we see deer and turkeys on a daily basis.
