Our team consists of both buyer's agents and listing agents, but we all remain educated on the nuances of the ever-changing laws for both categories of clients. We want to make certain that our clients are well informed on this important purchase. We take the time to analyze the true needs of a buyer, and we offer a very aggressive marketing plan for our sellers. We maintain a strong level of communication through out the transaction and beyond. We do not believe that a relationship is over at the close of escrow.

We have purchased two and sold one home through Michelle and all experiences were easily the smoothest sale and purchases we have done - and we have bought and sold many homes per the years. As a buyer's agent she actually listens to what it is you are looking for and doesn't waste your time with homes that don't qualify. She "gets it." Oh - and she brings snacks and water!!!! On the selling side she had our home staged and sold it before it hit MLS. She is a champion in your corner, following through with every detail - many that I would never expect from a realtor - but to her it's all part of doing business. We had an issue with an oven door after closing on our last home and she spent weeks dealing with repair people, taking time fro her day to follow through and get it fixed to her standards - which is excellence. Truly, she is the most professional, sincerest, thorough realtor I have met in 30+ years of buying and selling homes.
