Julie Thayer assisted us both as our realtor on finding and purchasing a new home and as our representative on the lease of our old house. purchased a home that was rehabbed
I bought a house designed by Julie. The 1919 craftsman bungalow was taken down to the studs and rehabbed. It has an open floor plan but still maintains it's charm with touches such as a copper sink and claw foot bathtub. It has original worn pine floors.

We cannot say enough about our experience with Julie! We were living in Arizona at the time and needed to sell our house in Clawson Michigan. We went on Angie's list to find a realtor. She went to our house which was rented out at the time. She worked with the renters schedule and went and inspected our property. As a note the renters were moving out in a few weeks. She reported to us exactly what we needed to do and got us contractors to do the few things we needed done. She also gave us an appraisal that we thought it wouldn't sell for. Then at no extra cost she did some minor staging. Long story short, she sold it in a week at full price! This was all done over the phone and mail. Bottom line is she didn't just list our home. She did all in her ability to sell it. She also used every marketing tool possible, though she sold it during an open house. Just a great realtor.
