We have had a wonderful experience working with Sherri Echols. She has assisted us in two house purchases. The first was when we decided to move from Connecticut to Texas. Sherri went the extra mile when we were looking for a real estate agent in the College Station area. She responded to our inquiry with a video message, which made her stand out to us. She not only took the time to make the video message, but also made sure to let us know she had understood what we were looking for. On a trip to Texas specifically to look at houses, which was going to be only a few days, Sherri had made all the calls needed to have places lined up for us to see. Sherri also was able to answer questions asked, and if she did not immediately have an answer, she would have it by our next conversation. Sherri was extremely proactive in the purchase process, keeping in touch with us, and also the lender and the seller. Her assistance was key for us, as this purchase was being done between us, the buyer, in Connecticut, and the seller in Texas. Her professionalism, and communication, were outstanding. Our second purchase was also a great experience with Sherri. We shared with her the type of forever home we were looking for, and Sherri was on task finding possibilities for us. When an opportunity arose, she let us know about it, and we went to take a look. It was right on target, and we proceeded to sign a purchase agreement. Sherri was once again extremely knowledgeable, and professional, and a great communicator between us and the seller. Numerous challenges arose during the process, but Sherri’s positivity and resourcefulness helped keep everything moving forward. Sherri is honest and forthright, as well as extremely knowledgeable about the region she covers. It is like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients, as well as her community. Sherri is the only person we would enlist for any real estate interests, and is the only person we recommend to our friends and family.

I worked with Sherri to buy the house back in 2016, and she was just as helpful in getting it on the market and sold. We absolutely loved working with Sherri Echols. We were not actively searching for our dream home figuring we wouldn't be able to find an affordable homestead anyway. Just thru casual conversation with Sherri, we talked about what we were looking for (nice house on some acreage not too far from town). Sherri obviously went to work on this and about 3 months later, she called and said she had found an interesting property that might be just what we were looking for. Well, it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for! With Sherri's help, we were able to get quick access to view the property and she handled the bid/offer process with the seller. We quickly came to agreement on a price and started the loan qualification process. About the same time, we also moved on selling our present homes (I had a house in Bryan and my fiance also had a townhome in Bryan). Our new mortgage was contingent on selling at least one of our homes. Sherri handled our home sales and she quickly brought multiple potential buyers to us for my home. She found a pre-qualified buyer and we had an offer in only 3 days (for a price above our original asking price!) Sherri was very helpful by arranging a photographer, setting up various inspection and minor repair services, and handling the marketing and sales/legal stuff that comes with selling a home. We were able to sell my old home in plenty of time to meet our requirement on our new mortgage. All in all, Sherri worked her tail off to help us get into our dream home and we cannot thank her enough! We now sit on our back porch looking out over our one acre pond set in the middle of 12 acres covered in trees and thank Sherri for making it all possible!

My husband and I owned 36 acres about 30 miles outside of Bryan. When we decided to put the land on the market, Sherri researched the comps and helped us decide on a fair asking price.
