A 15 year resident of Las Vegas, Sergio has been actively investing in real estate for more than 13 years. Born and raised in Torino, Italy, he moved to the US more than 25 years ago when he started working for Princess Cruises as Hotel Manager. During his 8 years spent at sea and having circumnavigated the globe more times he can remember, Sergio visited 106 countries and has crossed the Panama Canal almost as many times! When he decided to swap the oceans for dry land – now, does the TerraFerma name start making sense? – he relocated to San Diego where he continued his hotel management career with Sheraton and Westin. He moved to Las Vegas in 1999 to continue working in the hospitality industry.
Since 2003 and year after year, Sergio ranks among the top 100 selling brokers in Las Vegas for volume and number of sales. He has sold well over $60 mil in real estate and successfully closed hundreds of transactions. His attention to discerning clients and celebrities has given him the skills to treat each one of his real estate clients in the same manner since 2003. Sergio has been recognized by the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing for his recent performance in the multi million-dollar luxury home market within the Las Vegas valley. Members of the Million Dollar Guild are Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists® (CLHMS) who have documented their success in assisting affluent buyers and sellers buying and selling million-dollar plus properties. The recognition is awarded by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing which trains real estate agents in the luxury home market and awards international designations to those who meet stringent performance standards.
