“S & J did 4 projects for us over a 2 year period starting late 2009, 1 A redesign and build of a large brick front step system with landings and railing, 2 A redesign and 8 inch lifting of a 600 Sq Ft Entrance / Great room space including new hardwood floors matched perfectly to the rest of the home as well as redesigning a fireplace and replacing 6 doors with a combination of a folding door system and windows with a beautiful result. 3 A redesign and building of a deck system with grill. Former deck had poor control of what would be under it. New system is on an enclosed concrete foundation and concrete landing matching other hardscape. 4 A conversion of unused 2nd floor space previously not accessible, now finished adding 200 sq ft of storage to the home.”
