“My husband and I hired Frame Bros in 2022, shortly after we moved into our home to design and develop our basement. I cannot not recommend them enough! Right from our initial consultation the level of professionalism and industry knowledge far exceeded other companies we had consulted with for the project. Brad was patient during the design process, he was able to offer his industry expertise, while listening to our long list of wants/needs, and designed us the perfect floor plan. Our basement is complete with a home theatre, beautifully designed millwork, a bar area/entertainment area, a full gym, two bathrooms and a bedroom. During the renovation process, his team was very respectful while on site, the project was always left clean at the end of each work day. The project was completed within the anticipated timeframe and done within the quoted budget. The outstanding workmanship, detail and level of care to execute our vision for this space, was truly amazing! I highly recommend Frame Bros. They will most definitely be building our next home for us!”

She is hands down one of the most organized and through people I have EVER worked with and as a construction manager for the past 12 years I have come across alot of professionals in this position that pale in comparison. He has built decks, fences, retaining walls, screens, planters, pergolas...any type of outdoor carpentry we have requested. Tom works to a very high standard and the end result is beautiful; and often even better than anticipated. Tom offers creative ideas throughout the project and is adaptable when the situation requires it. Tom's projects are completed on time and on budget. Our clients are always thrilled. As a landscape contractor we meet and deal with many different contractors. “I contracted Mountview to complete my full bathroom renovation (new tiling, porcelains, shower, tub, vanities, paint, fixtures - the works), and Les and his team did a fantastic job. He worked promptly with both me and the designer, keeping us informed of the project timeline, and worked with us to balance the project cost and fit our vision. Renos were complete on time and on budget, the work is beautifully done, and I will certainly be working with Mountview when it is time for the kitchen upgrade.”

“We had Kavaleer Homes and Renovations complete the construction of our legal secondary suite, and assist in the design and permit process leading up-to construction. I’m really glad Kyle with Kavaleer was involved from the beginning as the house was not a typical conversation and Kyle provided creative and cost effective solutions that met all the City requirements. Even still, the renovation came in on time, on budget, and passed all inspections without an issue. The tenants we selected have been very happy in the space and we haven’t had any workmanship issues at all.”
