“There are many architects and builders but few who have the skill, experience, and vision to design and build a green house. Looking for a modern architect in the area, we found Patrick's website and we got to know him before we hired him. We liked him immediately and never "interviewed' anyone else. We never regretted it. He shared our desire to build lightly, letting the surroundings influence the design and materials. He artfully brokered the inevitable differences of opinion between husband and wife, and we enjoyed the consultative process of working out the design together as a small team. After the design was complete, we were happy to have him build the house, too, which has worked out beautifully. On complicated custom houses, there are many situations where unforeseen circumstances or questions arise, and things move more quickly and smoothly when the person responsible for constructing the house is the same person as the person who envisioned it. The house is not yet complete, but we are currently on budget (more or less) and the product is a work of art. I have suffered through many residential and commercial building projects over a lifetime, and this is the first one I've enjoyed. If you're looking for a person with the sophistication and experience to design and/or build a complicated "dream house," Patrick is your man. And if you're not sure, ask him to take you to our house and show you what he is capable of creating. I think you'll come away a believer!”

“We have used Adlich Renovations for several projects ranging from pulling out bushes around the house to gutting out both bathrooms to make room for a second shower. For the larger scale projects they were particularly helpful in finding a number of options at varying price points for us to consider. Because of this we never felt forced into a decision. For all of these projects it has been great working with Brandon and Alia. They consistently listen to our ideas when we have a vision and are helpful with brainstorming when needed. In developing a backyard entertainment area it was nice to see they were as excited as we were to ensure the end result was the best possible version of what we had envisioned. We appreciated their feedback and insights throughout the project. Guests that come to our house often comment on the finished results and are envious of the transformations we have made to our home with the help of Adlich Renovations. We have enjoyed our experiences and have recommended their services to several friends.”

“We chose this contractor over several others to renovate the kitchen and bath of our row house on the basis of two considerations: seeing the work he had performed for others, and the thoughtfulness he exhibited in addressing all of the many questions we had about his approach to our specific needs. Although the project is in progress, expect to be completed in about a month, we have been pleased all along the way with the workmanship and obvious appreciation for maintaining a look consistent with an older home. The dialogue has been excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others, and will likely use them again, should we need work done in the future..”

“HomeMadons, Inc. completed a small job for me. He replaced my laundry room door which was semi-basic. They retrofitted a door that required mortising of hinges and used new hardware. The new door with frosted glass and stencil picture pops the area and really makes it stand out! He and his crew were extremely professional, on-time, and worked within my tight schedule! I would highly recommend them for any work and will be using them in the future!”

“We used DGC Building for a deck remodel and cannot recommend them enough! We had our existing deck torn down and a brand new one rebuilt. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. Their workers communicated very well, always arrived on time and worked hours on end to get the project completed in a timely manner. You can tell they truly want to make sure you are satisfied with the final result. We absolutely love our new deck and cannot wait to make memories on it for years to come!”
