“Let me start by simply saying that our Kitchen and other home improvements we had Bob work on are simply "Amazing". Bob himself is the perfect gentleman, and he has built a team of phenomenal people around him so that you always have the right expert on the right job. On a number of feature requests we made, Bob went above and beyond to discover people as far away as Indiana that could get the job done perfectly. He listened to all our detailed requests and made each and every one of them happen. Robin, his designer, is truly amazing and again she personally went above and beyond to ensure every little detail was perfect, even giving up substantial time to help us get the right products ordered for a part of the project that was outside her scope. Each and every one of the people that worked on the job were incredibly polite and professional - Andrew being a particular star. Just to keep the review real, not everything went completely smooth. To be fair we did add significant work to the job, but the job did take longer than we expected to complete. The difficulty of living in a house that is being renovated is not to be underestimated, but no pain - no gain. Now that we are comfortably in our new kitchen and home, everything was worth it and I can't imagine going through this process without a person like Bob, who was available 24/7 to lead the efforts. Bob is so much more than a contractor, his full service design & build solution is truly the white glove service, the standard which all other service providers should strive to deliver. He told us he would never say no & he didn't. Now that the project is done, he is still readily available to fix any minor issues, he is a man that stands over his work. Let me just finish by saying, at his very core, Bob is a good man, a perfectionist who is proud of the work he and his team does, a master of his art.”
