With the exception of upgrades that I chose and a few unforeseen expenses related to weather and sewer line location, the project came in right on budget. If I had been more realistic up front about my tastes in finishes and upgrades, I suspect that I would not have had any out-of-pocket expenses. The standard choices offered by Ingle Builders were far superior to those that I saw with other home builders in the area, but I still wanted some things which were even a step up in quality to make the house even more special and customized. Construction quality and energy efficiency are outstanding. The house is solidly built and my utility bills are much lower than those of older homes in which I've lived. Ingle Builders is a certified :Green Home: builder and they incorporated some of these green aspects into my home. In the end, I have a new, custom home which is beautiful, safe, energy-efficient, affordable, and well built. What else could I ask for? I highly recommend Ingle Builders.”
