George (the owner) came out that evening and set us up for temporary power until the next day. Then came out the next day and put in a whole new panel. We have been using him since that time. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. Offered many suggestions on how we could save money and how we could make things work better. On an old house, that is extremely important. I highly recommend them!”

“I do not publish reviews very often but having experienced EXCEPTIONAL customer service working with H5 Electric I am persuaded to share my experiences with others. In short, if you are looking for an electrician in the Davis area. you can not do any better than to hire H5 Electric. They are technically strong, willing to go the extra mile needed to guarantee total client satisfaction and their pricing is very competitive. I have a rental property in Davis. I decided it was time to upgrade the wiring and outlets throughout the house and to bring the system up to current code standards. I asked several contractors to meet me at the site and prepare bids. Brandy set up the day and time and Troy arrived as scheduled on time! During the walk through, Troy took the time to really understand what I was trying to achieve and if I had any specific preferences. Along the way he offered a number of suggestions based on his technical expertise that might be better in the long run. Their bid was very competitive and I awarded them the contract. A short time after the job was completed, I ran into a technical issue. I contacted Brandy and Troy to let them know what was going on. They both jumped into action and were at the house in a matter of a few hours. They made it clear to me that they would do everything necessary to resolve the issue. We have all read about, or experienced, horror stories regarding contractors who do not stand behind their work. H5 Electric is NOT one of those contractors. I cannot stress how impressed I have been by their commitment to customer service and their willingness to make sure that everything possible has been done to meet my expectations.”

“These guys did a ton of work for us when we bought our new (old) house. I had hired another local electrician who was disorganized and unable to dedicate consistent time to my job. (After his first 1/2 day, he told me he'd be back next week for a day, then so on and so forth, but that's a different review.) I called Jorge from JSD that night and he had his guys on the job a day or two later and they stayed on until the job was done. They worked well with my other contractors coming in, provided helpful suggestions and feedback for my ideas, they did really clean work. I even gave them additional work (they ended up replacing my entire panel for 1/3 the cost quoted by yet a 3rd electrician I had interviewed) and I will be giving them more work in the future as we tackle other projects. I even referred them to a friend who bought their new (old) home at the other end of the street. I highly recommend JSD.”
