“I hired them to gut and remodel an entire bathroom. I found them to be good and am recommending them. I gave them pictures of the color tile and countertop I wanted and then they bought the actual materials. We had to change the design of the shower wall tile from 12" x 12" to 2" x 2" tiles. I like the result. It looks unique and gives the shower area a more casual appearance than what I had originally intended to have them install. The granite countertop looks beautiful. The wood-look floor tile came out very good also. It even sounds like wood when I walk on it! The only place we cut corners was on painting the walls, but judging from the 2 other quotes I got on this project, that seems to be the norm these days. Unless you pay top dollar, which I did not. I would have appreciated more explanation as to the "Why" we were doing something vs doing it another way, but it just wasn't there. Although, I was able to call and talk to the project manager almost always at a moment's notice. So I never felt abandoned or that they had walked off the job. From talking to other people's experiences with general contractors that seems to be a situation that can occur.
