I enclosed my patio and added a deck and it took 10 days. Cesar who is the project manager and owner was there every day and sent me pictures of the progress while out was at work. Not one day did I have to ask if they were coming and we Cesar inspected their work and made them adjust and correct as needed. If there was something I did not like it was changed without question.”

“We did not just put on a new roof, we added energy saving devices (solar felt and power vents) and repaired damage to the deck, so this was not just a simple roofing job. They arrived here on time, finished on time and did quality work. They showed me exactly what they were going to do to make sure the leaks that caused the damage in the first place, would not happen with this roof. Everything they did was a grade above what had been on my roof the builder installed. The only reason they did not get a 5 was because their estimate was off and cost me more money after the job was complete. We worked out a deal where we split the difference so I was pleased. “I contracted with Hollon Custom Homes after a major hail and wind storm in early June caused damage to my roof and a wall/fence on the side of my property. Bret was easy to work with and communicative each step of the way. I knew I could trust him to get the job done and to do it well. When he examined the fence and the insurance adjuster's recommendations, he discovered extensive additional storm damage to a brick wall connected to the fence. He worked tirelessly to negotiate with our insurance company and even pushed them to send a second insurance adjuster out to reassess the damage. We had the worst time trying to get answers from our insurance company, but Bret repeatedly called and emailed with them to advocate on our behalf. Ultimately we were successful and received additional funds to complete some very costly repairs. On my own, I would not have known to push back so hard and probably would have given up, so I'm thankful Bret was there to help move the process along. His roofing team completed our roof in one day and did a great job. A couple of days after the roof was put on, I realized that a piece of debris had fallen into the duct that connects to my kitchen range vent/fan thing, but Bret personally returned as soon as possible to clear it out.
