“Our home was in desperate need of a face lift. We also need a few new windows that were causing us issues. We choose Snap and overall we had a great experience throughout the process. They were great with communication and we felt they were priced right. We really liked the richlin windows they sold us on. We also like that the product is made here in Minnesota. We liked the multiple quality control inspections after the project was complete. The first happened at the end of the job where we walked with the crew foreman around the home. The second came just after that and was a final inspection of the property. They seemed very thorough in the process and made us feel as though our home was protected. Overall we were impressed and will be using them in the future for the rest of our windows.”

He dealt with all the necessary paperwork/ communication with our insurance. Taylor took extra hours to provide multiple address where I could see options we were considering. That way I could actually see shingles applied and better visualize the finished result. He was amazing. He did this time after time for me. Workers were fantastic as well. From start to finish Evergreen took care of everything, from working with my home insurer to the city home building inspector. Evergreen recommended upgrades that were cost efficient as well as updating the roof to meet current building inspection codes. Evergreen showed up on time, expeditiously ordered the material and installed them. Afterwards, they cleaned the area better than before they started and got a kudos from the home inspector on the installation. This made me, the homeowner, feel as thou I had made the proper choice with Evergreen.
