“We engaged this company for our home buyer's inspection and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The ""sales representative"" insisted that our roof needed to be entirely replaced, despite having no issues just three years ago and an expected lifespan of 10-30 years. He even claimed that the roof was causing interior water damage to our ceilings. However, the pictures he provided in his report to show the supposed water damage were simply marks left behind from tape or items that had been hung up previously. This error is not only comical, but it could also jeopardize the buyer's loan approval and prevent the sale of our home, all because we refuse to accept the representative's estimate of $12,000 for a roof replacement based on his inability to differentiate between real water damage and tape residue.”

“I don't usually take the time to write a review even when I am completely satisfied but I felt compelled to this time. When severe storms caused a lot of damage to our roof and ceilings in our home in Mesa, AZ we were scrambling to find a contractor who would help us. Living outside of the U.S. made this even more difficult as we did not know of any companies to contact. We did find someone who told us they were very busy but would add our names to their list. When we arrived in Mesa we were told that they would get to our repairs whenever they could but were very busy. We then looked for a company that might be able to at least let us know a time frame when they could get started. We ended up calling Prostruct Builders because they had done some work for several neighbors who were very pleased with the results. When we called Prostruct Builders we were told someone would call us back shortly to discuss setting up a meeting with us. Much to our surprise we received a call back very quickly and ended up meeting with the representative immediately. Zach met with us and looked at all that needed to be done. He came back with the quote and said he could help us out and have the repairs done quite quickly. It was two weeks before Christmas and Zach was able to have everything lined up and completed before then. We could not have been happier. The service and quality of work was excellent. The workers were quick and thorough and their clean up was great. We can't thank Zach enough for his professionalism and promptness. He worked with our insurance company so we did not have anything to worry about.
