    “United Homes was incredible to work with. They replaced a botched gutter job and went out of their way to fit our project in before the weather got bad. It turned out we had some unknown and challenging obstacles to address and they handled them like pros. The salesman we worked with was Mike and I recommend asking for him personally. They were so friendly, helpful, collaborative and extremely responsive to all of our questions, plus they did a phenomenal job. I will be calling them back to do some other jobs for us soon. If you have any gutter, painting, window, roofing, siding work to be done they are the ones to call.”

    “Dana Pratt (owner) helped us navigate the challenges of a major restoration of our four bedroom colonial, and the associated insurance claim arising from a broken water pipe, which devastated our kitchen, family room, center hallway, and two finished basement rooms. In addition, he and his team have done excellent work on several additional projects including a completely revised master bathroom, a new basement bathroom, and a two-room addition on the side of our home. His team also restored old hardwood floors and repainted most of the unaffected rooms in our home. He is easy to work with, and has a great eye for design details and what improvements make sense in our house and neighborhood. He has closely adhered to the original budget and schedule estimates, and keeps us informed on these as the project progressed. He worked very well with our interior designer (Studio C Interiors), bouncing ideas around adjusting to any surprises found inside old walls. Dana goes above and beyond what is expected of a builder. During the height of the horrible winter of 2015 (ten feet of snow in the Boston area), he was working on our home and noticed new leaks from ice dams on the roof. Dana personally went up on our roof and cleared the extensive snow and ice away from the problem area, nipping a potential disaster in the bud. His extensive experience with insurance claims and restoration make him a unique asset when mayhem strikes your home. We recommend him highly!”

    “Manny was a really nice guy. He explained all of our options and never put any pressure on us. His crew showed up on time and work very hard all day and replaced our roof, did moisture barrier, flashing around the chimney and even fixed a gutter along the back. Pricing was very fair and we RESEARCHED around. What we liked the most was that they were done in 1 day! His crew did a wonderful job cleaning up. I would recommend De La Rosa Roofing to you.”

    “I hired Truehome to replace my roof on a recommendation from a relative.. My roof was over 30 years old with a double layer of asphalt shingles. I was impressed by the fact that a project manager was on site at all times. When the shingles were stripped it was discovered that some of the underlayment was rotting. Truehouse repaired the damaged portion for no additional cost. We decided we needed an attic vent fan and a chimney cap and these were provided and installed for a reasonable fee, and the entire project was completed in two days and when the crew left there wasn’t a single nail or scrap of shingles or any materials left behind. I would highly recommend Truehouse for any roofing project.”
