“Fantastic !!! We used Best Roofing of Virginia in late March 2015. They put a new roof on our house. The process began with an impressive presentation by Ty Cox, our main contact at BRoVA. During this presentation Mr Cox took an incredible amount of time explaining the job that was to be done and answering questions. I never felt as though I was taking too much of the gentleman's time. On the contrary, his time was generously and patiently given. I can't remember a better presentation given to me by any other house maintenance company. I was impressed. After dealing with some rainy days, a date was finally set to get the job done. This process was painless and straight forward. What I liked as well is that Mr Cox would monitor the weather and kept us informed if the job was still on for the planned day. Communication was simple and effective. If I had a question and called Mr Cox, I was always able to reach him without a delay. He is very accessible. What a delight when compared to past experiences. Finally the big day arrived. The job was started early in the morning. I never ever felt bothered by any of the workers, they simply worked hard without hardly any breaks and got the job done. During that day, Ty Cox stopped by and checked on the progress of the work. He also took time to talk to me. When he informed me of a small insignificant mishap, it was immediately addressed and taken care of. The work was finished about 4-5pm. I was asked to please do a walk around. The roof looked terrific. And what I was truly impressed with was how everything was cleaned up around the house. There was no debris to be seen anywhere. This is bad news for any subsequent company who is going to do work on this house since I was never even aware you could get the area cleaned this thoroughly after a job is finished. It is my distinct pleasure to recommend this company which I learned about on Angie's List, another business I would strongly recommend everyone become a member of.
