Allied Roofing and Sheet Metal

Everyone I communicated with at Allied was professional. The Roof Advisor was helpful, polite, and responsive. He provided a realistic timeline for completion of the roof replacement. The COO kept me informed of progress from permitting to tear-off and replacement. The workers worked hard all day, did a quality job, and cleaned up thoroughly.

I recently moved my primary residence to Lighthouse Point from Southern California so being new to the area I needed find new contacts to help maintain our home. During a heavy rain, I noticed that I had water intrusion into my office and starting looking for a solid company to help me. I have a metal roof and quickly found that most companies would not help me repair my 10 year old metal roof. I then called Allied and spoke with Johna who was very knowledgeable and provided some options to find and fix my leak. Johna and Troy have been exceptional to work with by being honest and following through with what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Even at the quoted price. I am extremely pleased with the result and I am happy to refer others in need to Allied given my experience.

We are so pleased with our new metal roof its amazing so far just in time for this hurricane season. The customer relationship was awesome from the advisor Victor Rojas and Wendy and of course the lead guy Troy and supervisor Ted was always on top of everything. If I had any questions they were answered in a timely manner always returned my calls and emails very prompt. I would high recommend this company to everyone.

Hired Allied Roofing to repair a visible leak on my roof. The repair turned out to be more complicated as it involved a shared roof space with my neighbor. Maquis and Serrales were the roofers who came, both were very efficient and took the time to complete a thorough assessment as they inspected the entire roof and the attic area to make sure there were no other undetected roof problems. They both were very patient and answered all my questions. I was given step by step photos, before, during and after the repairs were done by the Allied team, Troy and Gigi. They took the time to explain the process, the cost and the possible additional problems we may encounter once the roof area was opened after removing the tiles - communication that I really appreciate as anything related to one's roof is stressful for any owner. Once the repairs were completed and before the tiles were installed back, they even allowed 2 weeks for us (the owners) to check for any leaks or issues with no pressure and no rush to get payment as their goal was to make sure that the affected roof area was successfully repaired. They came and completed the work as promised without us having to call or worry about getting them back. I was very pleased with their process. Once they finish, new pictures were taken and provided to us. Allied team kept good communication with us throughout the process. I hope not to have any other roof issues in the near future but in any case I will definitely hire them again and certainty recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Good afternoon Troy, I wanted to follow up with you on our roof project. It has been completed, and final permit has been signed off on. We are very pleased with the work performed by your crews. The initial crew, who did the tear off and replaced our damaged trusses and planks worked for over 12 hours that day! They were professional, courteous, and thorough. The fire barrier/waterproofing was put down quickly the next day. The sheet metal installation was fantastic as well. We really enjoyed Joe, his hard work and attention to detail is rare to see in someone especially when working on his own. When you see it, and it's that noticeable, I have to point it out. Frank, was amazing as well. He responded to my questions, quickly, and made sure I understood his response and had no further questions. He explained the process as the project was moving forward and was at our house on a regular basis. Vitor, we enjoyed meeting you and discussing our options for the roof project. Very informative and knowledgeable. My overall experience exceeded my expectations, which were quite high to begin with! We now have a strong roof, an ALLIED ROOF! Hi, I have a flat roof with the Tampered ISO Foam insulation for water drainage. I had a large portion of my roof done with this tampered iso material. Allied Roofing and Sheet Metal did the installation. According to their website, they claimed to have developed special installation procedures that have proven to be effective in extending the life expectancy and durability of a flat roof. My roof was done in 2016 so only 6 years old and has been failing for some time now. There are many large bubbles popping up everywhere. I noticed popping sounds occasionally during the evenings but never assumed it was the flat roof pulling away from the substrate. Now I'm stuck with a very expensive roof that will need to be corrected. Wished I would have made a better decision when it came to putting a new roof on my home. I posted photos for reference. There are 20+ photos of all the bubbles but this app only let 5 upload. But Google Reviews has all photos.

We started the process of replacing our roof expecting it to be a long, frustratingly painful experience but Allied proved us wrong on all counts! The team came when they said the would and worked relentlessly until they were done. They were super clean, pleasant and kept us informed of progress and what they were doing. In three days, the whole project was completed with everything left spotlessly clean. Was a very pleasant surprise for sure. Allied's price was competitive with all the other quotes we received but, from the start, they gave us a good impression that turned out to be true. Thanks to all the guys for a great job!

Allied Roofing did a great job on my new roof. It was a big job and it was well done with no issues afterward. They are easy to work with and to communicate with. I have used them before my new roof for small leaks and they did a great job at that. Whatever the job they do it well, which is most important. Would recommend them to anyone.

We used Allied Roofing to purchase and install new metal roof. From the onset, appointment was easy and quick, Victor was great with suggestions and price was fair. Allied handled all permitting and kept us informed regularly through a weekly update. They started the job when they said they would and finished earlier than scheduled. Communication and service was top notch as well as the quality of work. Highly recommend!

I had an old copper roof on a guest house replaced in grey aluminum and a flat roof replaced on the same property. Allied Roofing were chosen based upon competitive pricing, prompt review and pricing of the project and their expertise in sheet metal. I even got a factory tour! Allied were able to work with my existing sky lights without requiring replacement which would have been very expensive. I am very happy with the end result. The project was completed on time and the workmanship was very good. The job site was left clean and tidy. Finding a good roofing company in South Florida is challenging. I can thoroughly recommend Allied Roofing.
