We are so impressed with the quality of service received from Barnhouse Exteriors! Our roof was in shambles after many hail storms & ice dams. We honestly didn't think our insurance was going to cover much because we took so long to file a claim, thinking we couldn't afford the extra expenses. Dan & Nick from Barnhouse walked us through each and every step. They thought of every last detail, there were no unpleasant surprises. They were on time, friendly & respectful. They also got the job done in 1 day which I thought wasn't possible. We have been telling everyone we know of their service. I wish ALL contractors were this good! Next step? We're looking forward to their helping us with windows & siding!

I hired Barnhouse to fix my roof after a hail storm. They were quick to do the project and done within one day. We went over options and they gave me the +'s and -'s to each and wasn't pressured to do more than what needed to be done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair.

Barnhouse Exteriors provided excellent service in two roofing jobs on different houses I manage in Edina and Corcoran. Dan Barnhouse responded quickly and accurately to my questions and concerns. Dan's crew is very experienced and respectful of customer property. They were careful to do the work I requested; no more and no less. I was advised of potential repairs that would only be discovered upon removal of old material. They made those repairs after I was shown the evidence and gave approval to proceed. I am very pleased with the results with the two new roofs. The price I was charged for these jobs reflected the quality work done and was well within the range of expected professional work. Probably the one outstanding aspect of my initial contact with Barnhouse Exteriors that helped me choose them was Dan's care: for me, for the houses, and for quality.

I hired Barnhouse Exteriors for a snow removal project on my roof during our record snowfall of 2013-2014 winter season. When I called, they gave me an estimate of time it would take and cost, of which was the lowest price I had found in calling other providers of this service. The crew was still working on the roof when I arrived home from work and one of the crew members mentioned that I had an ice dam around my skylight that is over my kitchen. He stated that he would take care of the ice dam while the other crew members finished the snow removal. I was extremely happy with their service, timeliness, and professionalism. I will definitely be calling them again, should I ever need this, or any other exterior housing service in the future.

This company was under pressure to complete our re-roofing and window trim project within a very short time frame and finished it within the deadline that they had promised.
