Jake and his crew were friendly, respectful and they went above and beyond and didn't price gouge me. Jake politely informed me of potential problems in the future and gave me a fair price to get ahead of the issues.... in truth my roof is 20 yrs old and I have never had it maintenanced. I not only would recommend this company but I would recommend the individuals who work here too. Very honest and respectful gentlemen with a sense of humor!

I was having a perplexing roof problem. After much thinking, I decided to call a reputable company, and stumbled upon Baxter Roofing. Jake came over and wrote me up an estimate on the spot on a pre-printed multi part yellow form. I just went with them without waiting for the other estimate because he said he could do the job in the most professional and seamless manner like no other contractor in town. Well, that solves my problem right away, so I went for it without even getting other estimates from other contractors. His guys came, executed the job in a neat and clean manner--with no more leaks and cracks.

David from Baxter Roofing came out for a quote in Jan and it was a bit above our budget, we were just not ready to spend that kind of money at the time. My fiance had called a few more places and although we got one quote that was a little lower than what David had to offer we knew that we were not going to get the same type of service. Dealing with Baxter Roofing was the most honest and pleasant experience I have had with 'tradies' in a very long time. When we wanted a new roof on our old one we got estimates and ideas from several roofing contractors in San Jose, CA. We obtained a few quotes and decided to go with Francis Roofing. Adam came out explained the roofing work scope and answered our questions and addressed our concerns. The Project manage is a professional down to earth guy and we felt very comfortable working with him.
