Solid Company! All aspects of the experience were positive. I was impressed from the very beginning with their roof replacement proposal. The sales office worked with me on the price as well as giving me advice on working with my insurance company. When the initial job was complete, the foreman came out, got on the roof, and quality checked the project. After completion, C2 sent crews to my house (several times) to check, and double check for nails on the ground. C2 made sure I was satisfied with the cleanup. It is clear to me that this company prides itself on excellent workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. I very much recommend this company.

We recently had C2Operations replace exterior doors and windows on our home. Once the windows and doors were delivered, they arrived promptly the next day for installation of 23 windows a front door, a patio door and a side door off of our deck. They worked in the windows the first day, and called to add more workers so they could finish on time that day, which they did. They cleaned up all old window debris, and vacuumed interior areas. The next day, they sent a crew to install the doors. They did a beautiful job, and took time to make sure the locks worked properly and were aligned for easy use. We are completely satisfied with the windows that were installed, and the high quality of the doors. Everything fits well and looks fantastic! I would highly recommend C2 Operations for your next project; they will handle it in an honest and professional manner.

C2 Operations was honest with us about the condition of our roof and didn't try to up-sell us on unnecessary repairs. Their roof maintenance service includes the inspection and replacement of up to 10 shingles and vent boot replacement. It's a great value and peace of mind for the price and highly recommended for an annual roof maintenance/inspection service for your home!!

Most of all the men who did the gutters/downspouts were very important. They were so nice and answered all my questions. The second important item is the fact that C2 says on the website that they are Military and when I see that I know that company is for me. That is an honesty fact for me and it is very important. The gutters look fabulous and downspouts too. The work was professionally done in a timely manner. Now I have a company I can trust and in 2016 that is rare. I've hired C2 operations (Chris Cicotello) on many occasions after receiving his info on recommendation from my neighbor. I trust Chris as he has always delivered on his word through his work. He shows a strong desire to please the customer (me) and will work to complete projects as promised. I learned that Chris is a military Veteran and I have always been happy to call him first before considering doing work on my home as he is trustworthy and available always. My roof was had a few leaks from the sprring storms we received. One roofing contractor quoted me $5,000 to make the repairs. Another roofer suggested a new roof. C2 showed me where the fail points were on my roof, what was about to fail, and repaired for much less than other quote. They also suggested the shingles had another 5-10 years before being fully replaced. They also re-positioned the high gutters for better overall draining away from the house.

I am type of guy who would do a research before I buy any thing. I literately have interviewed over 10 roofing contractors, before I settled on C2 Operations. My choice was spot on. They took the time to explain the technical details and answered all my questions . Very responsive and reachable before and after the work was done. The crew, all with no exception, were very professional. I would highly recommend C2 Operations.

We hired C2 Operations to replace our roof and repair some rotting wood on our front porch. The communication with the team was great and the crews were punctual, clean, and professional. C2 was reasonably priced and local. We have and will continue to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I had ice daming caused by the record snow early 2016 C2 came out, had to dig to be able to access the roof, spent time removing snow from my roof and then proceeded to fix the areas affected. On time, on budget, and despite the huge demands caused by the snow, c2 made me feel like I was their only client
