Absolutely amazing. I got few estimates for my roof replacement project. Even comparing same materials and service, Cooper Roofing understood what we wanted and sounded more interested in our project. I was also drawn to them for their excellent reviews. They removed all shingles and a skylight, and reshingled. I was amazed watching them work because they are a very well-motivated, efficient, and hardworking team. Adam and his crew really treated me and my property with respect and even offered to vacuum the little bit of debris that came in during skylight replacement. The roof looks excellent and I've even had a few neighbors come over to ask who I used because they saw how great the job crew was. Well done!

I called Cooper Roofing for our roofing project. I was impressed from the initial phone call, and every step of the process thereafter. Jack came to my house and provided a wealth of information and options to consider. He took great care to explain all the options, never once did I feel I was being up-sold or pressured. I felt at all times like he, and Cooper Roofing where trying to win my business vs. just expecting it. We ultimately gave the project to them, solely based o0n our interactions with Jack and his team. On the day the work began, the crew was there early and took great care to protect my windows, landscape and surrounding area. The crew worked tirelessly, and were extremely respectful at all times. They cleaned up the entire area, raked my landscape to grab everything and made sure trash blown into the neighbors’ yards was picked up. When they left, you couldn’t tell they were even there!!! If anyone has a small or large roofing project, for me there is only one company they should consider: Cooper Roofing. Great Job Guys! MThank you for everything!

As a resident of Diamond Bar CA for the last two decades, I have seen this town change in so many ways. I was always hesitant to renovate my house because I was so protective of the changing neighborhood. Unfortunately I had some bad leaks that left me with no choice but to re do my entire roof! This house was built in 1989 so I wasn’t surprised. I had no experience in this realm. That being said, Cooper Roofing was able to make me and my family feel comfortable with the entire process. It took about a couple of weeks because of some permit issues (not the company’s fault by any means) but they were able to finish even before the expected completion date. I waited a few months to write this because I wanted to make sure the quality was going to stay the same. It’s been done for months and I’ve had little to no complaints. Thank you David and your crew, Cooper Roofing.

We reached out to Cooper Roofing for a tear-off and replacement for our roof. Mike was very professional and courteous when he came to do our initial evaluation and subsequent meeting to finalize the material selection. On the construction day, the team arrived precisely when Mike said they would and did an excellent job. They were thorough and took the time to explain things to me which put me at ease. They also did a great job cleaning up and following up with my home warranty company. We were very pleased with their work and they took the time to personally walk us through the results to make sure everything met our expectations. Thank you Cooper Roofing! You did a great job on my gutters and roof replacement. The staff was very nice. They also were quick and finished the job early! I highly recommend Cooper Roofing and will go back to them if needed in the future.

Working with Cooper Roofing Diamond was a breeze. When we requested a quote, Jack, the Project Manager, was the only contractor out of 4 contacted to actually get up on our roof and spend a good half hour viewing the site. His estimate was very thorough and gave several options to choose from. Cooper Roofing showed up when they said they would, worked tirelessly for a minimum of 8 hours a day and delivered on their promise of a quality job. Jack worked at our site every day with his crew. He answered any questions we had and pointed out any deficiencies he found. Dan has excellent customer service and sat down with us and with a thorough explanation of his findings and process. He has been doing this for years and his expertise is quite evident. We are very happy to have such an amazing Project Manger for our project. He replaced our roof and it looks great. I was amazed at his crew as they were super meticulous and clean. They covered our flowerbeds, patio, and kept all materials away from our trampoline. Dan and his crew cleaned as they went and did a thorough check upon completion for nails and debris. They used high-quality materials. We were impressed and will recommend them to anyone.

Cooper Roofing was so professional and the process was so smooth from beginning to end. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with returned calls quickly, showed up on time, kept me informed, and was polite, helpful, and friendly. My questions were always answered and any concerns I had were addressed. The day of install went smoothly and we are so happy with the quality of work produced. They yard was cleaned of debris and nails when work was completed, with the exception of the gutters. We were not expecting to have nails shooting out of the downspout and onto the driveway and walkways after our first big downpour. Part of the process with Cooper Roofing includes an additional roof inspection post-replacement and that is a nice security blanket. Cooper Roofing made what can often be a difficult process, feel easy. These homeowners are now customers for life.

Cooper Roofing replaced our roof. They arrived right on schedule; went right to work; stayed on the job; completed the work in less than one day; neat and careful. Helped each other as needed. Picked up all the scrap materials and loaded them in truck; Inspector came by during the day to make sure all was going as scheduled. Liked this company; dependable; got the job done; Dependable folks and would use them again if needed.The Estimator Ron, was very helpful and explained thoroughly; Is a "stand up" kind of company.. trustworthy. Every step of the way, from the person who came out to do the initial inspection and estimate, to the office, to the workers, I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Everyone was so polite and made sure I knew exactly what was happening at every step. When there were issues with my insurance company, the office folks were so helpful in getting those issues resolved. When the job was done, they were careful to clean-up supplies from the job. Everything was done in a timely manner and I would not hesitate to use Cooper Roofing again!
