We had excellent service from Elite Roofing Solutions beginning with the initial inspection to determine what was needed to the completed installation of a new roof. All of the associates that we dealt with were professional and courteous. The installation was done quickly and the site well cleaned after removal of the old shingles & materials. Three years later when I requested information for my insurance company they immediately produced the necessary documents that I couldn't find in my files. When the time comes for a new roof on our "mother-in-law" quarters it will be Elite Roofing Solutions that we contact.

Just wanted to say thanks. After less than 5 minutes on my roof, the Elite Sales Representative was able to diagnose my problem. He also found another issue that would have been serious if left unattended for much longer. This is the 3rd time that I have had to pay for the same problem, which has never been fixed correctly until now. It was so nice to see pouring rain outside, instead of in my hallway. The office staff was very nice as well. They did all they could to work with us, and even gave a follow up call after the job was done. Its nice to know that we still have companies like yours around. One lessen learned, if your roof leaks, call a roofer, not a contractor.
