Mark and his crew did an amazing job on my roof and fence! I am really impressed with the way everything turned out! From start to finish, they made the process as easy and efficient as possible - dealing with the insurance company, adjusters, materials, city inspections and permits, and just everything! I never felt stressed or the need to take time off work to handle any part of this project. I really appreciate the honest hard work and dedication, responsiveness of the crew, and just being able to trust a construction company with all aspects of the project and getting it done on time with so much attention to detail! Everything was cleaned up, the crew was so courteous, and the result was a beautiful new roof and fence at the end! We initially used Final Cut Roofing to replace our roof after hail damage in 2012. Mark did an excellent job walking us through the process and explaining everything in detail. He provided us with all the options and let us decide, he never tried to "sell" us on more expensive upgrades. His attention to detail throughout the process was incredible and his post completion inspection and follow up really put our minds at ease that the job was done correctly. We recently moved and have used Final Cut two more times for repairs to our roof and when it comes time to replace this roof there is no question who we are going with. I HIGHLY recommend Mark and Final Cut.

Final Cut is a much more superior company compared to its competitors. I've had to deal with many contractors during the selection process to execute my project. With the exception of Final Cut, none seem to put the customer's requirements first. Mark was professional, kind, responsive and educated my wife and I on the entire roofing process. The follow-up on the small details made the entire project a much pleasant experience. I'm an engineer who pays particular attention to the details. Final Cut Roofing is an outstanding company in knowledge, service and quality. We purchased a house out of state and through a referral used this company for our inspection list repairs. Mark, the owner of this company, came to our house and did a very detailed and thorough inspection and made sure all the needed repairs were done. This spring, 2016, we experienced hail damage to our roof. Mark, the owner of this company, was called and went to our home the very next morning. He assessed the damage done, phoned us to discuss it, and uploaded pictures and video for us to see as we are out of state. His communication and knowledge helped to reassure us that all would be taken care of. Just a few weeks before the installation of our new roof, I received a call to find that another company was at our house and in the process of removing the roof. Quite confused I called Mark and he immediately went to our home to find out what was going on. He spoke with the crew that was at our home and contacted the company. He found out they were given the wrong address and had made a terrible mistake. Mark stayed at our house to make sure they made the roof water tight where all the shingles had been removed and immediately reworked his scheduled to have our roof replaced within the next few days. He truly went above and beyond to remedy this situation and put us at ease. Final Cut Roofing is a very professional and reliable company to use and Mark is an outstanding contractor to work with. I have highly recommended Final Cut Roofing to my friends and family.

Mark Nosarati from Final Cut Roofing has the best attention to detail and follow up skills I've ever seen in a contractor. He truly care about the people and wants to do the best job possible. He did not ask for money upfront and we paid only when we were completely satisfied with the job. He did some patching on our roof until the insurance company could take care of things and didn't charge us anything. In addition to the roofing, his company did some painting for us and we are very pleased with the results. About 2 weeks after the roof was installed, we had a hail storm in the area and he called to see if he needed to check on things for us. He is a true professional.

We were referred to Final Cut by a friend. The work was to repair the roof, fence, and other items due to hail damage and from the start Mark was awesome to work with. Very professional pitch with no "BS" estimates. We had our entire process taken care of by Mark from the scheduling, to updates, to handling of all insurance communication. I literally had to do nothing! It was fantastic. The work was very professional and he even suggested things I had overlooked. He even replaced "cheaper" items with more high end things. We had a new roof installed on our house. We went with a class 4 shingle and are completly satisfied . Mark did a fantastic job of explaining the process and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Final Cut Roofing is a top notch company and the owner, Mark Nosrati, is hands-down the best contractor I have ever worked with. I always know what I'm getting with Mark and I can't say that about a lot of other contractors I've worked with. He is very honest, hard-working, and reliable and goes above and beyond. He really does put his customers first. His company put a new roof on my home a few years ago and not only was the work beautiful, I didn't even have to meet with my insurance agent - they did it all. They also did an excellent job replacing some gutters and fascia boards when I needed it more recently. I have referred Mark to several of my friends over the years as well and they have all been very pleased. I recommend him 110%!!
